Shipping Policy

Preorders

Preorders are charged at the time of purchase. Current Slinky Stove Fire Pit and Pizza Oven preorders are expected to begin shipping in late September or October 2026. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to ocean freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide updates if the expected schedule changes significantly.

Shipping Costs and Delivery

We currently offer free standard U.S. shipping on eligible preorder purchases. Available shipping methods, costs, and destination restrictions will be displayed at checkout.

Once an order ships, customers will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times begin after the carrier receives the package and are estimates, not guarantees.

Address Confirmation

Before fulfilling preorders, we may contact customers to confirm their shipping address. Please respond promptly and ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate.

To request an address change, contact us at firepit@slinkystove.com before the order is shipped. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, address changes or rerouting cannot be guaranteed.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Damage

Slinky Stove is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact firepit@slinkystove.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of any damage so we can assist you.
