Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout.

In-stock products are generally processed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to three business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Times

Orders shipped within the contiguous United States generally arrive within two to seven business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.

Slinky Stove, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Alaska and Hawaii

We may ship to Alaska and Hawaii when service is available. Additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Returns

Products purchased directly from slinkystove.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unburned, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Contact Us.

Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable. Return-shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by Slinky Stove.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Products purchased from Amazon or another authorized retailer must be returned through the original seller and are subject to that seller’s return policy.

Products shipped outside the contiguous United States may be subject to different return restrictions and shipping charges.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, contact us within seven days and include your order number, photographs of the packaging, and photographs of the damaged product.

Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Limited Warranty

Slinky Stove products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. It does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration, surface rust, cosmetic changes caused by heat, improper assembly, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, commercial use, or damage caused by using the product contrary to its instructions.

After reviewing an approved warranty claim, Slinky Stove may repair the product, replace the defective component, replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy at its discretion.

Products purchased through Amazon or another authorized retailer may require warranty claims to be submitted through the original seller.
